Mother's Day Albums
Hey there!
For Valentine’s Day I created several albums instead of plain cards. The outside was just like a card but the inside had a few places for pictures and a note or two. I went all out for Valentine’s Day and added a ton of stickers. Well, I had so much fun and so many complements, I decided to do the same thing for Mother’s Day!
Finding patterns for Mother’s Day cards should be easy for me. You know that I have a ridiculous amount of paper pads. I thought about pulling out my florals paper pads for mom but isn’t mom so much more than flowers? Isn’t she also a fashionista!?
Ok, maybe so, maybe not but the paper inside this pad is so adorable! It’s called Fashionista and it’s a Hot Buy paper pad by Recollections. The lilacs and pinks and seafoam greens are beautiful. And, the cutouts talk about style and elegance. This is perfect for my mother and the other mothers in my life.
Something that drew me to this paper pad were all of the images of beautiful ladies throughout. Because some of the elegant ladies in this paper pad are on large sheets, I decided to make a few 8” X 8” albums as well as some 5 1/2 “ X 5 ½” albums.
I know that these albums don’t scream Happy Mother’s Day but they are fun and I think the mother’s in my life will like them.
