It's A Haul, Y'all - Crafty Supplies
Hey there!
I was naughty folks. Not very naughty, just slightly naughty. I went shopping and while didn’t go completely crazy but I did do a teeny tiny bit of damage.
For Memorial Day, Michael’s had their Recollections cardstock multi-colored paper packs on sale, 5 for $10. They have the 4 for $10 sale quite a bit but I noticed that I was running out of certain colors and this is a great way to get a color palette worth of colors in one go.
If you follow me on IG you know that a disaster occurred in my craft area. I ran out of glue! Can you believe that? I ran to my local Target and picked up this bottle at full price. Yes, you heard me. I paid full price for this Scotch brand tacky glue because it is worth it. You can try other brands if you want to but I’ll stick with this brand, thank you very much!
I also went to my local scrapbook store and picked up another acrylic stamp block. I like this particular size and thickness. They are great for stamping in your planner. I also have some stamps that I keep on these blocks. I use my “place photo here” stamp a lot so I just super glued it to an acrylic block in the exact position that I wanted. I can never find these blocks in singles, only in large packs with other sizes. When I see the individual ones, I grab them.
I need another stamp set like a need another hole in my head. But, I buy them anyway! I picked up this Hampton Arts stamp set because summer is coming and pineapples, flamingos, palm leaves and hibiscus flowers are a must have! I also picked up this happy mail stamp set. I know, right?! I bet you can’t wait to get a little package from me with one of these stamps on it!
And that’s all I bought. See, not too hard on the wallet. I’m trying to be more intentional in my craft purchases. While some of these items aren’t necessities, they weren’t expensive. And, I’m going to make sure I use everything.
What have you been buying recently? What crafty goodies have you picked up?
